1. The resort accommodations reservation program powered by dreamvacationweek.com is provided by Worldwide Vacation & Travel, Inc. d/b/a Interval Travel (WVT), a Florida corporation with a principal place of business at 9995 S.W. 88th Street , Miami , Florida 33176 on behalf of Interval International, Inc. (INTERVAL), a Florida corporation with a principal place of business at 6262 Sunset Drive, Miami , Florida 33143 . WVT, INTERVAL and its affiliated companies shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Providers".

2. WVT is registered as a State of Florida Seller of Travel, Registration Number 10224; a State of Washington Seller of Travel, Registration Number 601 765 244; and a State of California Seller of Travel, Registration Number 2030985-50; a State of Nevada Seller of Travel, Registration number 2003-0412. Iowa Seller of Travel, Registration Number 837.

5. Due to the unique nature of our inventory and the popularity of the product, dreamvacationweek.com must impose an administrative fee for any cancellations or changes made. Depending on the date you cancel your vacation condominium rental, you may be entitled to a refund. Should you determine that you must cancel your vacation condominium rental, please contact dreamvacationweek.com immediately by e-mail (customerservice@dreamvacationweek.com) and provide us with the following information:

  • Your name exactly as it appears on your rental confirmation certificate
  • Your daytime telephone number
  • Your rental confirmation certificate reference number.

Depending on the date you cancel your vacation condominium rental, you may be entitled to a refund.

For rental transactions cancelled 61 days or more prior to the check-in date, a refund will be issued for 70% of the rental price paid by you.

For rental transactions cancelled from 15 to 60 days prior to the check-in date a refund will be issued for 50% of the rental price paid by you.

Refunds are unavailable for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to the check-in date.

7. UPON RECEIPT, PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONFIRMATION IMMEDIATELY AND REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO WVT BY CALLING 1-888-988-8222 DISCREPANCIES NOT PROMPTLY REPORTED WILL BE DEEMED ACCEPTED BY YOU.

8. The Providers have no legal or beneficial interest in any developer, seller, or managing entity of any host resort participating in the resort accommodations reservation program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of check-in difficulties, please contact WVT immediately by calling 1-888-988-8222. In such instance, WVT will use all commercially reasonable efforts to assist you or the Occupants in securing the reserved resort accommodations or, where such accommodations are unavailable through no fault of you or the Occupants, in securing alternative resort accommodations of comparable size and quality.

9. YOU AGREE THAT, IN ALL INSTANCES, THE PROVIDERS' LIABILITY TO YOU, YOUR FAMILY, YOUR GUESTS AND/OR THE OCCUPANTS FOR ANY AND ALL LOSSES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY YOU OR THEM AS A RESULT OF YOUR RESERVATION OF RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS AND/OR THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF SUCH RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT TO PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS OR ANY PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY WHICH OCCURS AT THE RESORT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE PRICE PAID BY YOU TO RESERVE THE RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES PAID. IN NO SUCH INSTANCE SHALL THE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RESERVATION OF RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS OR THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF SUCH ACCOMMODATIONS.

10. The Providers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expenses arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or from any act or omission of any other service in connection therewith, nor for any additional cost or expense due to disruption or change of advertised schedules, rates, or services, acts of God, or for any other cause beyond their reasonable control.

11. Es su responsabilidad hacerse cargo de todos los impuestos asociados con el uso/venta del alojamiento en el complejo turístico. Además, algunas jurisdicciones pueden imponer un impuesto de ocupación transitoria en el alojamiento del complejo turístico. Any applicable bed tax, transient occupancy tax, transient accommodations tax or similar tax imposed on the use of reserved resort accommodations shall be your responsibility and you or the Occupants, as applicable, will be requested to pay such taxes. 15. You agree that your reservation of the resort accommodations and the use and occupancy of such accommodations shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida . In addition, by completing a reservation, you agree that all disputes between you and the Providers shall be subject to the exclusive subject matter and personal jurisdiction of the courts in Miami-Dade County , Florida .
